Donate Whitefish Community Foundation Endowment Fund
Whitefish Community Foundation's Permanent Endowment Fund supports the work of the Foundation through an annual distribution. It is because of our strong Permanent Endowment that the Foundation is able to sustain important grant programs that benefit local nonprofits. Donations to the Endowment Fund can be made from an IRA, appreciated securities, legacy bequests, cash gifts, and donors are able to set-up a planned gift to take advantage of the Montana Endowment Tax Credit.

Donate Whitefish Community Foundation - Circle of Giving
The Circle of Giving is the backbone of the Community Foundation's grant programs and the Great Fish Community Challenge. Today, the Circle has grown to be a major resource for the Foundation to help address the critical needs of our local nonprofits, schools, and community. Circle donors support the mission of the Community Foundation with a gift of $5,000 or more annually.
Donate Whitefish Community Foundation - Community Grant Program
The Community Grant Fund supports small projects and programs that benefit our community. Nonprofits benefiting Flathead County are eligible to apply once annually for funding of up to $4,000. The program was the first grant program established by the Foundation, as a way to help nonprofits with capital needs. Today it provides funding for all types of program areas. Your gift to the Community Grant Fund is used 100% to support this program.

Donate Back Country Horsemen Endowment Fund
Back Country Horsemen of the Flathead assists government agencies in the maintenance and management of the back country. In addition, the organization educates, encourages and solicits active public participation in the wise and sustaining use of horses commensurate with our heritage and the back country resource.

Donate CASA for Kids, Inc. Endowment Fund
Every foster child in Flathead County is assigned a CASA Guardian ad Litem Advocate to monitor the child's placement, needs and well-being, and make recommendations to the court regarding the child's best interests. The CASA for Kids Endowment Fund ensures a strong Flathead Valley CASA organization will always be here to serve children who need our help the most.
Donate Center for Restorative Youth Justice Endowment
CRYJ works with Flathead Valley teens, families, justice agencies and school discipline teams to reduce youth involvement with the legal system, interrupt cycles of harm, repair trust, promote accountability, and foster community connections.
Donate Child Bridge Endowment Fund
Hundreds of children in the Flathead Valley, and throughout Montana experience abuse and neglect. Child Bridge recruits foster and adoptive families, and provides them with the resources and support they need to journey alongside children who have come from hard places.

Flathead Audubon Society conserves birds, wildlife habitat, and ecosystem diversity. The organization promotes awareness and appreciation of the natural world through educational activities and advocacy programs, and works with diverse groups and agencies to achieve sound decisions on natural resource issues.
Donate Flathead Food Bank Endowment Fund
Flathead Food Bank operates a Kalispell pantry as well as the mobile Chuckwagon pantry delivering food to rural communities in the Flathead Valley. As the Flathead Valley's largest food bank, they also provide Backpack Program meals and snacks to over 600 children in 20 schools every week throughout the school year.

Donate Stumptown Historical Society Endowment Fund
Stumptown Historical Society was founded in 1982 by a group of individuals committed to preserving the history of Whitefish and the Flathead Valley. The organization is located in the historic Whitefish train depot, which was built by Great Northern Railway to resemble a Glacier National Park Chalet in 1927.

Housing Whitefish was established in 1967 to provide safe, decent, and affordable housing to members of the Whitefish community in need – including ADA-accessible housing, housing for senior citizens, and workforce housing.
Donate Shining Honor Project Fund
Honoring our nation's veterans by providing patriotic employment opportunities to adults with developmental challenges.
Donate Whitefish Middle School Auditorium Designated Fund
The Middle School Auditorium, completed in 2007 is Whitefish's largest performing arts center, seating 470 comfortably. It offers full rigging and stage lighting, and is well utilized by local nonprofits, the community at large, and students throughout the Whitefish public school district.
